Head Bartender (Full-Time)

$20-25/hour (based on experience)

Other benefits: all staff receive % of tipping pool, free staff meals while on shift

 

Boogie is hiring a Head Bartender to lead the bar on busy nights and keep the energy high. We’re looking for someone fast, confident, and great with people — someone who can run a tight bar while keeping the vibe right.

Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

​

What you’ll do:

• Run day-to-day bar operations

• Lead and support the bar team during service

• Serve drinks and food while managing orders efficiently

• Help guests with drink choices

• Keep standards tight (cleanliness, safety, consistency)

• Flag bar equipment issues and improve systems

• Contribute to new cocktails

• Support inventory and ordering

 

What you bring:

• 3+ years bartending experience

• Speed, accuracy, and composure under pressure

• Strong communication and presence behind the bar

• Valid Smart Serve

 

Nice to have:

• Leadership experience

• Food handling certification

• Experience building menus or drink programs
